KS Ingenieure will advise as to which sustainability certificate is relevant to your real estate. Throughout the planning and construction processes, and also for existing real estate, KS Ingenieure will attend to the measures required to obtain the chosen certificate. KS Ingenieure carries out certification for ÖGNI, BREEAM and LEED and works in support of the EU’s GreenBuilding Programme. The inspection is carried out by the relevant organisation itself.
