REPEATED INSPECTION ACCORDING §82b TCIRA |

| The KS §82b inspection serves the purpose of implementing the necessary inspections
according to § 82b of the Trade, Commerce and Industry Regulation Act (TCIRA of 1994).
In doing so, all operational facilities of any given object are inspected regarding their
compliance with the facility specifications referred to in the licensing notices according to the relevant industrial
law, modification notifications, and any related document submissions. |
